The home is also the center of the client’s social circle – it is the perfect setting for all occasions, for as one walks through the space, it is almost as if the walls recede into oblivion to make way for what lies within – eclectic tchotchkes, glimmers of verdure and seas of indigo.

A sky-bound residence celebrating refined living

The house was about 1650 sq. ft. with a large spacious living dining area with a deck and three bedrooms, out of which two bedrooms are large sized while one is medium sized. Two bedrooms have a deck area attached.

The client belongs to a Jain Marwadi family with very simple living and a religious orientation. He is the brother of Mr. Dinesh Jain, whose house we designed earlier with the same layout, and he wanted us to do the same justice to his brother’s house as well.

This residence reflects refined luxury with curated marble flooring, antique mirrors, and sweeping 28th-floor views of Mumbai. The master suite opens to a private deck with a jacuzzi, while imported furniture and custom décor elevate the interiors. Natural veneer finishes, grey Italian marble, and Corian tops complete the seamless, sophisticated design.
